Hey there,

I’ve joined Prof. Garvert’s lab for my medical doctoral thesis. Our goal is to investigate pain generalization in the brain in relation to individual levels of depressive symptoms and anxiety. Methodically, we are therefore collecting fMRI data that we are planning to analyze using machine learning methods. 

Before starting my medical studies, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration and I am eager to see how I can use the experiences from my rather non-linear educational trajectory to possibly bring in new perspectives in collaborative research settings.
